1 egg
3 1/2 spoons (tablespoon) of butter

Mix all ingredients well together
Shape into balls of 1 cm in diameter and place on a greased baking sheet dusted with flour
Gently press each ball with your finger tip and bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preferably, place the baking sheet on the lowest rack of the oven
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the base is lightly golden brown
Let it cool down in the baking sheet and store in an airtight container
Yields 600g.
