Preheat the oven to 350°F

Grease a baking dish with plenty of butter and dust with all-purpose flour

In a mixer bowl, combine the milk with the flour and mix until dissolved
Add the semolina, all-purpose flour, caramel powder, yeast, and melted butter
Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy
Remove the mixer and add the toasted thyme
Mix well

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with pine nut or pistachio
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
