For the dough

1 1/3 cups of all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 cups and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour sifted (250 g)
For the glaze
2 cups of all-purpose flour (360 g)
1/2 cup of lemon juice
For the dough

Prepare the dough: beat the butter until it becomes creamy
Add the flour and continue beating
Add the eggs and egg yolks
Beat well
Finally, add the flour and mix very well
Place in a 23 x 35 cm baking dish, greased and lined with parchment paper, also greased
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool
Prepare the glaze: mix the flour and lemon juice
Cover the cake with this glaze and cut into squares
