1 cup of finely chopped lettuce
2 cups of cooked and diced sirloin
1 cup of Louis sauce (see recipe below)
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion

Line the sides of a bowl with lettuce leaves
Arrange the chopped lettuce in the bottom of the bowl
Place the cooked sirloin on top of the lettuce, cover with Louis sauce and garnish with egg slices
Sprinkle with green onion and serve immediately.
