1/3 cup of sugar
100g unsalted butter at room temperature

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass
Form balls with 1 cm diameter and place on a greased baking sheet
Gently press the center of each biscuit with your finger tip
Place in a moderate oven (350°F) preheated, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the base begins to brown
Let cool, dust with sugar and store in a closed container
