1/2 cup of butter or margarine, cut into small pieces

In a bowl, mix the rice, mangoes, grated coconut or rapadura, lime juice, and grated lime zest
Spread it in a square refractory form
In another bowl, sift the flour with cinnamon, add the grated coconut or rapadura, and cut butter or margarine into small pieces
Mix until it has a granulated consistency
Dust over the mangoes and rice
Bake in a moderate temperature oven (170°C) for 45 minutes
Serve warm or cold
