Peel the mangoes, remove the pits and cut them into slices
Sprinkle with lime juice and artificial sweetener
Arrange the mango slices in a baking dish lightly greased and sprinkle with orange juice and cooked rice flakes

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at moderate heat (170°C) for 30 minutes
Serve warm or cold
