1 box of raspberry or strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling white wine
1 cup crushed ice
1 can of cooked raspberries

Place the gelatin and boiling wine in a blender cup
Cover and blend for 5 seconds or until the gelatin dissolves
Add the ice
Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds
Pour into cups, garnish with scopped raspberries, and refrigerate for 5 minutes
Serve 4-6 portions
