Melt 1/2 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of Karo, and 2 soup spoons of butter in a large saucepan. When boiling, add 200g of corn flake cereal with flakes. Turn off the heat and mix well. Pour into a 23cm diameter mold greased with butter, smooth the surface with a spoon. Refrigerate until firm and cold. To unmold, slightly warm the bottom of the mold over low heat. Serve in slices with your preferred ice cream. Both kids and adults will love it.
