Dough
3 eggs
2 tablets of biological yeast (30 g)
1 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
9 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
Chocolate Custard
2 cans of condensed milk
150 g of chopped dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 cup of milk

Dough
In a bowl, combine the eggs, yeast, butter, sugar, salt, 1 cup of flour, and half a cup of milk
Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and work the dough on a smooth surface until it's homogeneous
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Shape the cream puffs and let them rest in a lightly greased baking dish to double in size, approximately 20 minutes
Place the cream puffs in the oven preheated at 180°C for 20 minutes
Chocolate Custard
In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, chopped chocolate, butter, and milk
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens
Let it cool
Cut the cream puffs in half and fill them.
