4 sweet potatoes
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
6 tablespoons of oil
2 cups of milk and water (1 cup of each, mixed)
0.5 kg of ripe tomatoes
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
salt and pepper
0.5 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
4 sweet potatoes

Chop the sweet potatoes, onion, and garlic finely
Melt 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot, add the sweet potatoes, 1 onion, garlic, and 0.5 cup of water
Season and cook slowly until it becomes soft
Add the milk and water mixture and let it come to a boil
Remove from heat
Heat the remaining oil in the pot and add the remaining onion
Cook quickly for 2-3 minutes
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and parsley
Cook slowly for 10-12 minutes
Add this mixture to the sweet potato and pass everything through a fine-mesh sieve
Bring it back to heat in a pot and add sufficient cream to achieve a creamy consistency
Heat and season with parsley
