2 ripe avocados
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
to taste salt and pepper

Wash and pit enough avocado to yield 1 quart
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Refrigerate the mixture in an airtight container until chilled
Taste and adjust seasoning with a pinch of paprika.
