Strip the abalone and cut it into medium-sized pieces
Place it in a pot with the onion, carrot, and beef
Season with salt, black pepper, and parsley
Cover with cold water and cook until the abalone becomes tender
If necessary, add more hot water
Remove the beef and transfer the remaining ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth
Return it to the pot and adjust the seasoning
Serve hot with white cheese cubes.
