In a medium pot, place the boneless chicken breasts, garlic, olive oil and sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the chicken is lightly golden (approximately 7 minutes)
Add water, salt and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to low and cook until the chicken is tender (approximately 13 minutes)
Add corn and cook only until it's tender (approximately 1 minute)
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve
Sprinkle each plate with paprika
