Remove the rind from the bacon, cut it into small cubes and let it render in a pot
Cut the garlic pots and celery into thin strips
Cut the potatoes without their skins into very fine slices
Chop the onion
Add the bacon to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes
Add the water, season lightly, and let it simmer for 35 minutes
Add the milk and let it come to a boil
Cut the beef into thin slices, place them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with Sueño or Parmesan cheese, grated
