Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic

Add half of the hot milk and let it simmer

Dissolve the all-purpose flour and eggs in the remaining milk and add to the pan
Season with salt and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes

Add the chopped fresh herbs, stir, and turn off the heat
Let it rest with the pan covered for three minutes
