1 cup of mashed garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
1 and 1/2 liters of milk

3 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs of your preference (parsley, chives, thyme, marjoram)
Salt and white pepper to taste

In a pot, melt the butter and add the garlic
Stir constantly until it starts to brown and add half of the hot milk
Mix well and reserve
To part, dissolve the eggs and wheat flour in the remaining milk and pour into the pot with the milk and garlic
Season with salt and white pepper to taste and cook over low heat for 20 minutes
Add the herbs and cook for another three minutes
Serve immediately.
