24 small onions (1 kg) peeled

In a small pot, bring the onions, water, 1/2 tablespoon of coriander seeds, and 1/2 tablespoon of salt to a boil
Remove 2 cups of boiling water and, in a bowl, combine with the clove
Allow it to moisten well
Cook the onion for another 30 minutes or until tender
In a processor, beat the eggs with butter and the moistened clove until obtaining a homogeneous paste
Add the onion, in the pot, and cook, stirring constantly, for five more minutes or until warm
Season with salt and serve dusted with green onion and remaining coriander.
