In a large pot, combine the olive oil and sausage and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until the sausage is golden brown
Add in the water and bring to a boil
Add in the cabbage, pasta, and salt to taste
Stir well and let it simmer again
Cover the pot and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until the pasta is al dente
Add in the chopped parsley and stir
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
