3/4 cup of fresh or frozen snap peas (100g)
1 1/4 cups of chicken broth dissolved in boiling water (300ml)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of milk (60ml)

In a 20cm diameter bowl, mix together the onion, butter, and potato
Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the onion is soft
Add the parsley, snap peas, chicken broth, and salt
Mix well, cover, and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the snap peas are tender
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth
Return to the bowl, add the milk, and mix well
Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute or until heated through
Serve immediately.
