1 1/2 kg of fresh spinach

lemon juice from 1 lemon

Cook the spinach in 4 cups of water with a pinch of salt
Drain and puree in a blender
Add the water in which the spinach was cooked
Add the rice and beaten eggs
Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Refrigerate before serving and garnish with egg slices.
