2 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 teaspoon of sweet marjoram
400g of namorado
1 bay leaf
8 medium-sized mussels without shells and cleaned
8 scallops well scrubbed
1 medium-sized tomato without shell or seeds, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
To garnish
1 sprig of parsley

1 In a large pot combine the wine, water, thyme, sweet marjoram, and bay leaf
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes
2 Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pot
Add also the mussels, scallops, tomato, salt, and pepper
Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until the fish is tender
Remove the bay leaf and add more salt if needed
Garnish with parsley and serve.
