1 kg of okra, peeled and cut into pieces
7 cups of vegetable broth, hot

Preparation
In a pot, melt the butter, add the onion and fry for two minutes
Add the garlic and fry while stirring for another minute
Add the okra and stir well
Add the broth
Let it boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the okra is tender
Season with salt and black pepper and blend in a blender
Return to the pot and reheat well
Sprinkle with crushed paprika and serve.
