1 cup chopped onion

0.5 kg fish fillets
250 g shrimp, not too finely chopped
3 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley, crushed
3 hard-boiled egg yolks, mashed

Sauté the onion in olive oil or vegetable oil
Add hot water, shrimp, and remaining seasonings
Cover the pot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes (or until the fish is cooked), over low heat
Add the mashed eggs
Serve warm.
