Wash and clean the strawberries
Cut them in half, reserving 12 whole ones for garnish
Dust the cut strawberries with sugar
Mix the milk and heavy cream
Pulse the cut strawberries, gradually, in a blender
Mix with the milk and heavy cream
Place in a bowl, refrigerate, and serve with the whole strawberries
