600 grams of cooked abobora without shell
1 xicara of light cream without serum

Step 1: In a pot, place the vegetable broth dissolved in water
Add milk, onion, cooked abobora, and let it simmer
Step 2: Remove from heat, let it cool, then blend in a blender until smooth
Mix in light cream and season with salt and black pepper
Serve the cold soup, garnished with white cheese cubes and manjericão leaves.
