Dissolve the cornstarch in milk over low heat, stirring constantly, until a thin paste forms
Remove from heat and let it cool
Add to yogurt gradually and mix until smooth
If necessary, return to low heat and stir until the mixture is homogeneous
Combine lime juice and zest, then refrigerate for 2 hours
When serving, add honey and stir vigorously
Serve immediately.
