3 and a half cups of chicken broth

1/2 cup of natural yogurt - 120 g

For garnishing:
6 tablespoons of natural yogurt - 90 g
1 tablespoon of finely chopped green onion - 7 g

Fry the olive oil in a medium pan
Add the avocado and green onion
Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Combine the chicken broth and cook for about 7 minutes
Blend the mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth
Let it cool and refrigerate
After chilling, add the lemon juice, yogurt, salt, and black pepper
Stir well
To serve, place in bowls and garnish with 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt and finely chopped green onion
