Just before serving, blend everything in a blender
Yogurt Foam
Mix all the ingredients well and place it in a whipped cream dispenser
The quantities above are necessary to fill the dispenser
Finishing Touches
Place the blended mango mixture in the serving container
Decorate with yogurt foam, hortelã sprigs, and ground cardamom
Serve chilled.
