1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of water
6 cups of milk
1/2 cup of honey
2 cups of concord grape puree, strained and blended in a blender with a little water
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated

Soak the gelatin in water
Heat the milk to the boiling point
Combine the gelatin and honey
Mix well
Let it cool
Pour into a shallow container and place in the freezer
When it starts to freeze, transfer to a bowl
Add the grape puree and ginger and blend well
Return to the freezer until firm
Serves 6 people.
