2 1/2 cups of watermelon pureed in a blender
1 container of concentrated orange juice (1 cup)
3/4 cup of water
2 tablespoons of grated orange peel
2 egg whites

Combine the watermelon with the orange juice, water, and grated orange peel
Pour into a flat dish and partially freeze by stirring three times
Place a large bowl in the refrigerator to chill well
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator
Beat the egg whites until they become fluffy
Add the watermelon mixture to the chilled bowl
Beat until it becomes smooth but not too liquidy
Mix in the beaten egg whites
Refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours
Serves 4 people.
