24 oz of cream-based ice cream or any other flavor
8 oz of dark chocolate
24 oz of cream-based ice cream or any other flavor
8 oz of dark chocolate
Remove the ice cream from the freezer for 15 minutes
Fill cups with ice cream, leaving a 1/2 centimeter border
Place the cups in the freezer
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and top the cups with it
Level off the chocolate with a knife and return the cups to the freezer for an additional 10 minutes
Serve with chocolate sticks, wafers or cookie pieces.
