In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water
Let it boil and cook until the syrup reaches the ball-point stage
Beat the eggs until they thicken well
Add the syrup while continuously beating, until the mixture maintains its shape when lifted from the beater
Refrigerate
When cold, add the brandy, mangoes, and whipped cream
Freeze until firm.
