4 to 5 medium bananas
1/2 cup of sugar
1 2/3 cups of evaporated milk (Ideal) cold
3 spoons of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
4 to 5 medium bananas

Mash the bananas (should have around 1 1/2 cups of mashed banana)
Mix in the sugar and stir well
Beat the evaporated milk until it thickens well
Add the lemon juice and mix with the banana and sugar
Place in a freezer tray and freeze until firm.
