1 package of pudding, chocolate flavor

Dissolve the pudding mix in the coffee
Add the sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat
Let it cool slightly, then add the butter to the blender
Place in the freezer
Once frozen, blend again
Return to the freezer until the desired consistency is reached
