Directions

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water

Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly

Add the liquor slowly and stir

Pour into a shallow metal pan and freeze for 1 hour or until firm to an edge about 1 cm

Pour into a cold serving dish and beat with an electric mixer until frothy

Return to the shallow metal pan and freeze until firm (about 4 hours)
