2 tablespoons of honey or another sweetener
grated zest from 1 lemon

Place in the freezer until slightly set
Remove and blend in a blender for a few minutes
Return to the freezer again
After about two hours, repeat the process
Yield: 8 popsicles with approximately 71 calories each if made with honey; or 57 calories each if sweetened without honey.
