4 cups of water

1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of grated orange zest

Combine the sugar with the water and bring to a boil
Let it thicken and stir until the sugar is dissolved
Chill in the refrigerator
Add the juices and grated zest
Freeze in an ice bath, stirring every 2-3 hours until firm
Stir one or two times more
Serve at 2 liters.
