1 1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons (level) of artificial mint extract (8 envelopes)
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon (level) of grated lemon zest
1/4 cup of skimmed milk
8 tablespoons of mint liqueur
some drops of food coloring, yellow or desired color
1 1/2 cup of water

In a saucepan, mix the water with the artificial mint extract, lemon and orange juice, and grated lemon zest
Bring to a simmer to dissolve the artificial mint extract
Let cool and strain
Add the milk and coloring
Mix well
Place in an ice tray and freeze for 45 minutes
Remove, place in a chilled bowl and whip with a whisk until frothy
Freeze until scoopable
Whip again in the chilled bowl and freeze until stiff
Serve in scoops and top with mint liqueur
