1/2 cup tapioca

1 liter milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoons butter

Mix the tapioca with the water and let it rest for 1 hour
Add the milk, sugar, and salt
Stir well
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes to a boil in 5 minutes
Add the butter and mix well
Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate until it sets (minimum 4 hours)
To serve, remove from the refrigerator, let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, and blend in a processor or blender until creamy
Serve immediately
