Milk Pastry:
300g milk pastry, laminated
Fillling:
8 bananas
Half Lemon Juice:
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons raisins
Toping:
2 tablespoons cinnamon and sugar mixture

Cut the bananas into three lengths
Place them in a bowl and add half lemon juice
Mix together cornstarch, softened butter, and raisins
Spread this mixture over milk pastry and distribute banana slices on top
Baste the edges of the pastry with water and close like an envelope
Place strudels in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown
Astill warm, dust with cinnamon and sugar mixture
Serve warm or cold.
