Preheat the oven to hot temperature (420°F)
Unroll the dough into a rectangle measuring 38 x 28 cm
Place the mushrooms in the center of the dough, along the length
Sprinkle with raisins, sugar, and cinnamon
Brush the edges of the dough with the egg mixture
Fold in 2 cm from the ends
Next, fold one side over the filling
Brush with the egg mixture and fold the other side over the first
Torture the pastry to shape and place in the oven for about 40 minutes
If desired, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar
Serve warm.
