Thaw the puff pastry
Melt the butter or margarine
Add the flour
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and add the warm milk, stirring well
If it becomes too thick, blend in a liquidizer
Cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened
Remove from heat
Add the cheese, parsley, and green onion
Season to taste
Let cool before using
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 25 x 20 cm
Baste with butter
Place the filling in the center of the dough, lengthwise
Lay the two edges over each other
Baste again with butter
Place in a baking dish and bake at preheated oven (200°C) for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Cook 12 portions.
