1 cup of (chilled) water
1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus (available at natural products stores)
1 leaf of cabbage
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 cup of beer yeast leavening agent
1 orange, peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup of honey
1 cube of ice

Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat and add the hibiscus
Cover the pot
Allow it to infuse for five minutes and strain
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and strain again.
