Soak the zucchini rind, potatoes, and parsnip in water and salt for 30 minutes
Make a white sauce with butter, flour, and milk
Season with soy sauce, add chopped vegetables, spinach leaves, and sesame seeds
Mix well
Set aside
With butter, grease a baking dish
Beat the eggs lightly and combine with the vegetable mixture set aside
Mix well, place in the baking dish, and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top
Bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes.
