Wash and place the jaboticabas in a saucepan
Bring to a boil
Cover the pan
Allow it to simmer
Mash with a wooden spoon, to remove all the juice
Remove from heat and, next, strain through a cheesecloth
Add water and honey
Mix very well and chill in the refrigerator
