Cook the zucchinis in a little water, over low heat, for about 6 to 8 minutes
Stir the pot occasionally to prevent sticking at the bottom
Drain the zucchinis and set aside
In a saucepan, combine the yogurt, butter or margarine, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until well heated
Remove from heat, add the egg and chopped chives, and stir well
Add the zucchinis and mix well
Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs, then with small pieces of butter and finally with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) until golden brown
Serve hot
