In a small saucepan, combine the passionfruit juice with water, sugar, and cornstarch
Bring to low heat and stir until slightly thickened
Let it cool slightly
Reserve 6 whispers (for decoration) and break the rest into small pieces
Beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form
In a large bowl or plate, create alternating layers of whipped cream, broken whispers, and passionfruit cream
Finish with a layer of whipped cream
Decorate with whole whispers.
