Tortilla
1 cup of wheat flour
1/3 cup of warm water
2 tablespoons of oil
1 packet of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Filling
1/4 cup of oil
500g of beef strips
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sauce
2 limes
1 large tomato, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Salt and cumin to taste

Mix flour with oil, salt, and yeast
Add warm water gradually until a homogeneous mass is obtained
Wrap in plastic film and let rest for 15 minutes
Remove small portions of the dough and roll out into circles approximately 17 cm in diameter
Heat the skillet well
Place tortillas on it with care and heat for 1 minute per side. Reserve
Season the beef strips with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Reserve
Fry the beef strips in a little oil for 2 minutes per side
Cut the onion into halves and then into thin slices
Add to the beef and fry until golden brown
Remove the beef and onion from the pan separately
Sauce
Mix all ingredients together and reserve
Assembly
Place a tortilla on a plate, followed by the beef, onion, and sauce
Before closing, squeeze lime juice to cut the spiciness of the sauce and the fatness of the beef
Fold one side over the other, rolling them up
Serve with remaining sauce and lime.
