1 1/2 kg of beef
300 g of seedless raisins
200 g of almonds
2 finely chopped onions
1 teaspoonful of ground ginger
1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoonful of ground cloves
1 teaspoonful of ground cumin
200 g of butter
1 conch shell of honey
1 1/2 kg of beef
300 g of seedless raisins

Cut the beef into pieces approximately 150 g each
Mix the ginger with the cloves and the cinnamon with a little water
Take half of this mixture and put it in a pot along with the beef
Add salt to taste, butter, almonds, chopped onions, and stir well
Cover with water
Tame the pot and cook, stirring occasionally
Add water if necessary during cooking
In part, wash and dry the seedless raisins and let them soak in the remaining seasonings
When the beef is almost cooked, add honey, seedless raisins, and cinnamon
When the beef is tender, remove from heat
Serve 6 to 8 portions.
